About SALIN
The South Australian Library and
Information Network was formed in 2001 by a group of new graduate librarians and is dedicated to serving the professional
development and networking needs of new and not-so-new library and information
workers.
Membership is inclusive and free,
comprising library technicians, librarians, students, new
graduates and other information professionals such as
archivists and record managers. Interested? Why not join SALIN
today!
The group defines 'new generation' as
anyone who has graduated with a library qualification within
the last ten years; we also welcome established professionals.
SALIN provides an opportunity for social and professional
networking through regular social nights, seminars and
workshops. Check out the events
section to learn more about the type of events SALIN hosts.
